Stress Reduction Through Guided Meditation –pg. 17 - Do you want to relax? Lessen your stress? Sleep better? All of these and more can be yours by simply meditating. One of the easiest forms of meditation, is the guided meditation approach. This method of meditation uses guided imagery to help you relax and quiet your mind. Anyone can do it! It's easy. The class will include a guided meditation, a group discussion and hand outs. I will also be dedicating a segment of the class, to educating the class, on how to create their own meditations. An emphasis will be placed on helping children with anxiety and sleep. Please wear comfortable clothes to the class. Bring a pillow, yoga mat and a blanket.
